Juliusz is associated with the Maritime Institute in Gdansk which is the highest-valued offshore wind institute in Poland. He is responsible for an important part of the existing offshore wind regulations in Poland and actively advise the industry on the locations available for the offshore wind development in Poland. Juliusz also works on the future maritime spatial plan of Polish Baltic Sea.
